Sacramento, California, September 16, 2020 — For the past two years, Der Biergarten has celebrated Oktoberfest in Sacramento with a traditional outdoor festival with 4,000+ people, but as the world faces a pandemic, they have gotten creative and will go virtual this year.
The theme of this year’s festival is COVID-2020 Virtual Oktoberfest and it will be live on Saturday, September 26th at 7:00pm. They will go live on various social media platforms with German music and footage from Oktoberfest in Germany.
Der Biergarten has planned to celebrate this festival virtually online with an Oktoberfest Covid Party Kit. They have specifically designed an Oktoberfest COVID Party Kit for this event. Each kit contains a 5-liter HB Oktoberfest mini keg, 3-Underberg bottles, 2-Pretzels, 2-1 liter HB Oktoberfest glasses, and 2- Oktoberfest bandanas.
“If we can’t physically gather in Midtown Sacramento, then we will virtually gather and enjoy some great beer and German fun!” said Sean Derfield, the owner of Der Biergarten and organizer of the Midtown yearly festival.
You can purchase an Oktoberfest COVID Party Kit in advance through the link below. All pre-purchased kits will be available for pick-up at Der Biergarten 9/18-9/25. You MUST BE 21 and MUST HAVE ID when picking up your kit. ID MUST MATCH credit card transaction.
