Mayor reveals plans to fund Old Sacramento waterfront revitalization

Mayor Darrell Steinberg is seeking $45 million from Sacramento’s hotel tax fund in order to revitalize the Old Sacramento Waterfront.

The money would be put in the Destination Sacramento fund, which will be pitched to city council Tuesday, Steinberg said during an event.
