Sacramento, capital of the U.S. state of California, lies at the confluence of the Sacramento River and American River. More than 15.3 million people visit Sacramento each year.

There are more than 160 restaurants in Sacramento, giving people so much choice when it comes to quality food. As well as having some of the best restaurants in the USA, Sacramento has lots of bars. One of the best-known Bars in Sacramento is called Sean Finnegan’s Pub.

There are some stunning museums in Sacramento. The California State Capitol Museum is a great place to visit. It is free and teaches people about the history of California. Another great museum is the California State Railroad Museum.
